They never seemed to like her for whatever reason. She wasn't exactly fond of kids younger than her. _ hummed in response and turned her eyes back to the boy. "I'm going out to see if anyone knows about him tomorrow," She gazed down at the boy who was still glancing warily over at the (e/c) eyed girl. "We're not sure, but it seemed he had been there for a while," The woman called Izumi answered calmly. "This kid? What was a child doing out on that island?" _ questioned, looking at the woman who opened up her home to the girl while the infamous Elric brothers were gone. When their eyes met, he tried to hide behind the woman again but she stepped out of the way, leaving him out in the open for _ to get a better look at. It was a young boy, maybe eleven or twelve with a pale complexion, long black hair that cascaded past his shoulders, and the brightest sky blue eyes. "It was this little boy," The woman informed her, moving aside gently to reveal someone _ hadn't noticed upon walking into the room. She raised an (h/c) eyebrow as the brothers' teacher regarded her for the first time as she asked this question. "Really? Who was it?" _ asked, leaning on the counter as curiosity gleamed in her eyes. "Not this time," The suit of armor echoed in his normal, sweet voice. They had told her about that visit on the train ride from Central to Dublith. "Oh really? Nothing interesting happened? Was that man there again?" She asked, referring to the masked man she knew the brothers had encountered on their first trip to the island. "Welcome back guys! How was it?" The smaller yet older boy met her gaze and shrugged, "Pretty much the same as last time _," The armored, younger boy nodded in agreement and the (h/c) haired girl crossed her arms. Her (e/c) eyes landed on the short blonde and his oppositely taller brother, along with the woman leading them and a smile broke out across her face. Placing her current hand down, she stood and peered into the main section of the store. "Oi! Sig! _! We're back!" A rough feminine voice called and a young girl looked up from the card game she was playing to the open doorway. The loud clinking of the butcher shop's bell rang through the entire building and into the back room for the establishment.
